Who is responsible
ExclusiveSale is operated by WeBoost Ltd, company number 08554565, Nottingham, UK. WeBoost Ltd is the controller of personal information collected through this site. Use our contact form for questions about this notice or your information.
What we collect and why
Enquiries include your name, email, company and chosen opportunity. You may also supply your role, financial-capacity band, relevant audience and questions. We use this information to respond, assess strategic fit and manage a potential acquisition or licence discussion. Please do not send bank details, identity documents, health information or confidential customer data through the public form.
Our lawful basis is our legitimate interest in responding to relevant business enquiries and administering a buyer process. Where you ask us to take steps towards a contract with you personally, we also rely on those pre-contractual steps. We do not add enquirers to a general marketing list automatically or sell enquiry data.
Forms, email and appointments
Formspree processes form submissions. Enquiry notifications are handled through our designated Gmail and WeBoost work-email accounts. Hosting is provided by Vercel. These providers process information needed to operate their services and protect against spam or misuse. You can optionally send a preferred call date, time and time zone after your enquiry. This is a request; the appointment is confirmed separately by email.
Provider processing may take place outside the UK. Where required, applicable contractual safeguards govern international transfers. Provider information is available from Formspree, Google and Vercel.
Website measurement
Optional Vercel Web Analytics helps us understand page visits, opportunity selections, summary downloads and accepted enquiry submissions. It does not receive the contents of your form. We remove URL queries and fragments from these analytics events. We ask before enabling this optional measurement; you can change your choice using Analytics preferences in the footer.
Campaign tags on links may accompany your enquiry to help us understand which introduction it came from. They are carried through links on the site, rather than stored in a visitor profile. Our analytics preference is stored on your device. You can continue to read the site and submit the form without enabling analytics.
Retention and confidentiality
We retain enquiry information for as long as needed for the relevant discussion, reasonable follow-up and any applicable record-keeping or legal obligations. We review information when discussions end and delete or minimise information no longer needed. Confidential supporting documents are shared separately after review and, where appropriate, confidentiality terms.
Your choices and rights
You may ask for access, correction or deletion, and may have rights to restriction, portability and objection, depending on the circumstances and lawful basis. Contact us using the form linked above. You can also raise a concern with the UK Information Commissioner’s Office. We may need to confirm your identity before acting on a request.
